Dr Scott Ingram

Dr Scott Ingram is a fully accredited plastic and reconstructive surgeon, who is also the President of the Australasian Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons.

Dr Ingram completed his Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Science (MBBS) in 1991, proceeded to surgical training and was admitted as a of Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (FRACS) as a General Surgeon in 1998.

Following his general surgical training, he went on to study plastic and reconstructive surgery and completed this fellowship in 2003. Dr Ingram’s dual specialist qualifications are a rarity in the industry and place him at the forefront of his field.

Dr Ingram has continued to further his education, undertaking two Hand Fellowships as well as obtaining medical examiner certification through the American Board of Independent Medical Examiners. Dr Ingram has also gained significant experience during his appointments at a number of Sydney based plastic and reconstructive and craniofacial surgery units, as well as facilities based in the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Canada and the United States. He has also held the position of Director of Surgery at the Mater Adult Hospital in Brisbane.

In 2003, Dr Ingram set up his private practice, Form & Function Clinic at the Mater Private Clinic in South Brisbane. Shortly after opening his private practice, Dr Ingram recognised a need for a trusted place to refer patients for their non-surgical cosmetic needs. This led to opening Clinic Aesthetic in 2006.
